AbstractThe capacity to implement effective strategies in an organization largely depends on the capacity to mobilize on-site stakeholders around a common project. This study aims to identify the practices and paradigms of workplace stakeholders involved in managing and following up on the return to work of employees who have been absent for mental health reasons.
