Statement of Publication Ethics
The editors and publishers of The Journal for Social Action in Counseling and Psychology strive to ensure the integrity of the content published in the journal. The editors and publishers will take all reasonable steps to prevent publication of any papers where research misconduct has taken place, and will take seriously any allegations of unethical behavior. The editors and publishers will follow the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidance to handle any allegations of research misconduct related to a submitted or published article appearing in the journal. Authors are obliged to provide corrections of mistakes or retractions if needed.
Authors and contributors must ensure that submissions are the work of the submitting authors and not plagiarized in any way. Authors must ensure they have needed permission to publish any copyrighted material appearing in any submitted articles, and must clearly identify any conflicts of interest or sources of funding.
